My mom and I love to eat out for lunch during weekdays. In one of our lunch dates, we saw this restaurant, Tim Ho Wan in Glorietta full of customers and there's even a long line outside waiting to be seated. We got curious and fall in line. Its a good thing the turnover is fast and we were seated after waiting for 10 minutes. The restaurant offers different kinds of dimsum dishes. I saw almost all tables ordered this siopao looking bread, it's called "Baked Pork Bun". 1 order has only 3pcs. We also ordered our favorites, "Hakaw" 4pcs , "Beancurd skin w/ pork shrimp" 3pcs. You can check the picture above for the prices.
We will definitely go back here. The Baked Pork Bun tasted heavenly. The dough is sweet and its texture is quite hard on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The meat is very tender. It's a MUST TRY!! The Hakaw and Siomai is very juicy and fresh and the Beancurd skin w/ Pork & Shrimp is so flavorful!!
